We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta.

Guarantee
Furniture supplied by Novello Design Ltd, carry a 10 year guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials.
Our Novello Lighting range carries a 3 year guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials.

Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact office@novellodesign.co.uk, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current UK rate.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT.
Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Safety regulations
All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations.

Availability
Furniture is hand made to order & takes 5-7 weeks. Lighting products may take up to 28 days to fulfill.
Please note, our delivery date is an estimate, we cannot accept liability if the product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
We promise to keep you up to date on a regular basis in order to accommodate all your needs.
If your items have different Expected Delivery dates we will reserve your items and only dispatch the order when every item is in stock.

Delivery & Assembly
Orders of over £1000 delivered within England & Wales, are inclusive of the delivery charge. Deliveries to Scotland may incur a delivery charge and longer lead time.
There is no charge for the delivery of Lighting to addresses in England or Wales.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting office@novellodesign.co.uk or 01291 430 830. We will then be able to offer you a full refund including the cost of delivery as long as the products have not been dispatched. Upholstered products and bespoke furniture are made to order and cannot be cancelled unless on day of order.

Faulty / Damaged product
If any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged please contact office@novellodesign.co.uk or 01291 430 830 within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. We will collect and replace the faulty product free of charge, or give you a full refund. If you receive damaged products you must contact us within 7 days to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will not refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact office@novellodesign.co.uk or 01291 430 830 within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will not refund delivery costs, and you will be responsible for the safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse. Please return the goods with their original packaging. We will not refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care. Made to order custom items such as upholstery are non returnable items.

Liability disclaimer
Novello Design Ltd' total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Novello Design Ltd to the customer. Novello Design Ltd  shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Novello Design Ltd by statute. Novello Design Ltd cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. Novello Design Ltd does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen [14] days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

We endeavor to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to return the goods to us.
