Delivery and Assembly – Delivery within England and Wales is free for orders over £1,000. Deliveries to Scotland may incur a charge, and could take more time.
Guarantee – Our beds and furniture carry a 10 year guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials.
Bespoke and Special Orders – Please note that bespoke or special order beds, furniture and mattresses are non-returnable. Some variations in appearance can occur due to the natural properties of solid wood. If you require a sample pack as a guide to colour, grain and texture, please contact us on 0207 486 4545.
